Survey A free walk-round of the property to plan zones, detector positions and cable routes before anything is quoted.
Setup Panel programmed, zones named, entry/exit times set to how you actually use the building — then walked through with you.
App control Set, unset and check the system from your phone where the panel supports it.
Aftercare Servicing, battery changes and fault callouts — including systems we didn't originally fit.

Common questions

Alarms · Answered straight
How long does it take? Most homes, one day. Larger commercial jobs, 2–3 days depending on zone count.
Can you service an alarm you didn't install? Yes — including full takeovers of other installers' systems.
Do I need monitoring, or is a local alarm enough? Depends on the property. We talk it through at survey — no pushed contracts.

Already have an alarm?

We take over existing systems. If your current installer has disappeared or your panel is showing faults, we can service, repair or upgrade what's already on the wall — often without replacing the lot.
